Fundraiser in support of the CSUF Speech & Hearing Clinic

NSSLHA (the National Student Speech Hearing Assoiciation) will put on it's annual Songs For Speech fundraiser during on April 25 at CSUF. This is a great oppurtunity to raise money for the Speech and Hearing Clinic and the Center for Children Who Stutter. The event will have a theme this year to encourage kids to come and participate. Children's activities will include, arts and crafts, face paitning and a costume contest. The program will also honor outstanding members and graduates who have earned a NSSLHA cord. Please come join us for food, fun, and an oppurtunity drawing with great prizes! We will see you there, under the Big Top!

2010 Spring Fundraiser “Poker For Pathologist” Casino Night CommWeek Special event held on April 30th

CSUF NSSLHA hosted its first annual Poker for Pathologist Fundraiser.  The event was a huge success with over 100 people in attendance.  Students and professionals enjoyed gambling at many different game tables, participated in a silent auction, won amazing prizes in the opportunity drawings, danced to music and enjoyed great food from Brownstone Café in Fullerton. All the money that was raised from ticket the sales were donated to both Speech and Hearing Clinics on campus.

Welcoming new members, selling t-shirts and totes, providing professional information to students, as well as food from a local restaurant.  New membership sign-ups.
